Return Policy

 Returns

Our return policy lasts 30 days, you may return unused items within 30 days of receipt for a hassle free return (conditions may apply).

Returns can be made within 15 days if the package is unopened, anything later than 15 days returns are subject to a standard restocking fee of 30%, as there is no way to verify if the filters have been used or not. Any unauthorized returns are subject to a 40% restocking fee. All manufacturers have different policies on returns.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Non-Returnable

The following items will not be accepted for returns:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Several types of items are exempt from being returned those items are as follows:

  • Filter orders
  • Industrial products
  • Custom or modified units
  • Gift cards

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied back to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, minus any restocking fees that may be incurred.

Please note on free shipping items, return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer, and must be confirmed prior to refund.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet don't be alarmed, there is often some processing time before a refund can be posted,

First, contact your bank then your credit card company to see where they are in the process and when the refund will be officially posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@myairdaddy.com with the details and wait for instructions on shipment, an exchange will only be provided once the unit is inspected and the claim is confirmed to be true.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

 If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping

To return your product please correspond with us via email at info@myairdaddy.com and we will provide you with the manufacturer's shipping location or inspection centre so you can send the item in.

Please note you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping the returned item will not be added to your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, Air Daddy Inc is not responsible for any lost or untrackable items.
