Shipping Policy

All Canadian and U.S residential orders above $100 CAD are free for standard shipping with the exclusion of Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Any shipment requested with FedEx, UPS, DHL for faster delivery may in cure additional charges.

Bulk orders above 5 residential units and or 2 Industrial units can be subject to shipping charges.

Please note that shipments come directly from the manufacturers and only standard shipping is free. Any specific instructions for shipping should be done through phone orders and not through online purchases.

Most units are held in stock and are shipped out the next day, apart from Allerair, Electrocorp and Diversitech products which are made to order units and typically ship within 3-5 business days or when the order is ready.

Lead time for any industrial or custom unit is subject to change or delays and AirDaddy is not responsible for any changes in ship date and will inform the client when the shipment is leaving.

Air Daddy is not responsible for any delay in shipping and once the order has been shipped the client will receive a tracking number to follow the progress of the shipment.

For any Industrial unit, we will contact you before the order is processed to find out if there are any special instructions or to find out if you would like to use your own freight carrier.
